Defective/Damaged Item Refund Policy
We strive to deliver high-quality products that meet your expectations. In the rare instance that you receive a defective or damaged item, we're here to assist you promptly. Please review our policy below for returns and refunds:
1. Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact our customer support team within 5 days of receiving the product. We may request photographic evidence or additional information to assess the issue.
2. Return Requirement: For us to process a refund for a defective or damaged item, we require the item to be returned. Our team will provide you with specific instructions on how to return the item safely. We kindly ask that you return the item within 14 days of receiving our return instructions.
3. Refund Process: Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to verify the reported defect or damage. If the item meets the criteria for a refund based on our assessment, we will initiate the refund process.
4. Condition of Returned Item: The item must be returned in its original packaging (if applicable) and in the same condition as when it was received. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent further damage during return shipping.
5. Refund Options: Once the returned item is inspected and approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
6. No Return, No Refund: Regrettably, if the item is not returned as per our instructions or if it does not meet our criteria for a defective or damaged item, we may be unable to issue a refund.
By proceeding with your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to our refund policy regarding defective or damaged items. In the event that you receive a defective or damaged item, you understand and accept that a return of the item, as outlined in our refund policy, is required to initiate the refund process. Please make sure you are ordering the correct item, size, and color. Make sure to read the measurements listed within each product description. If no measurements are listed, please email us.
Orders cannot be cancelled once made.
Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since the fulfilment of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
If you receive the product and you are dissatisfied with the quality of it, you have to return it back to us in order to process the refund. Without the shipping label and valid tracking number we won't be able to refund you. Whenever you check out from our store, you are accepting that particular refund term.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at disneypremiumstore@yahoo.com and a return address will be provided to you.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping
To return your product, you should email disneypremiumstore@yahoo.com and explain the situation, they will then supply you with a return address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
